VINCARE
is the Helping-Hand outreach of the Vincentian Fathers and Brothers who have been serving God's People since 1625.

 

VINCARE
is a public benevolent body whose only purpose is to serve any and all people who are finding life pretty tough.

VINCARE
prefers to deal with people who are left out of most care projects.

VINCARE
pledges to use your gifts and your money for needy people, with minimal administration costs

VINCARE
makes an annual report to Government in return for Tax-Free status and allows you to claim gifts to us over AUD$2 as Tax-Deductible.

VINCARE
has been in action since 1980 with special interest in people infected or affected by  HIV/AIDS.

St Vincent de Paul

They choose to to empower rather than solve problems.

They do their very best to see the face of 
Jesus Christ in everyone they encounter.

They uphold the principles embedded in the  Government's Anti-discrimination Laws.

They do not discriminate on grounds of race, colour, creed, marital status, gender, age, disability or sexual orientation.

They try to grow in themselves in
Faith
Hope
Love of God, Neighbour, Self.

They try to do all this by being

Uncomplicated in their actions
Humble
Gentle
Unselfish

Lay Men and Women,
Sisters, Brothers and Priests,
who are attracted to walking and working with those who have no power.
    

They have worked, or are working with

HIV affected people

Alcohol and Substance 
dependent people

Troubled or 'at risk' Kids

Prisoners and ex-prisoners

Homeless, Friendless

Aged

Gay and Lesbian people and their families

Ordinary kids in ordinary schools

Migrants and Refugees

People from depressed rural areas.
