The Vincentian Community

 

 

The Vincentians are a Community 
of Priests and Brothers in the Catholic Church.
The Community was founded by St Vincent de Paul in France in 1625
to give Missions to the poor country people
and to be involved in the formation of  Diocesan Priests.
Official title: 'Congregation of the Mission'



The Vincentians are now an International Community
working in many countries



 

In Australia and Fiji, the Vincentian Mission
is carried out in:

Schools, Seminaries, Parishes (Urban and Rural)
Retreats, Missions, Spiritual Direction
Chaplaincies, Diocesan Tribunals.
Vincentians also work with the Daughters of Charity
and assist the St Vincent de Paul Society
